1. Customer Service

Our number one focus at Infinity Entertainment is to provide you with excellent customer service. 

First, you will be talking directly to your DJ about the details for your party. This prevents the "Opps! We forgot to tell you" game. Next, we allow you to choose the style of entertainment for your event; whether you prefer the formal-elegant style, the high-energy-line-dance-game-playing style, or a well organized mixture of both. Third, we make sure we ask the right questions to cover important details such as, "What kind of music do you want to hear and more importantly, what kind of music do you not want to hear?" "Do you have any special announcements you wish to make and when would you like them to be announced?" also "Are there are any dedication songs you would like played and who are you dedicating them to?" and so on. Gathering as much information as we can will allow us to provide you with the most perfect celebration that you could hope for.

2. Professionalism

Second Reason to hire us is that our company practices professionalism.

• Your DJ or DJ's arrive and set up one hour before your event starts.
• We wear a full tuxedo or dress pants with dress shirt and tie. (Wardrobe may change in the event of certain a party theme or a client's request.)
• Everyone of our DJ's arrives to the event in their attire, clean well groomed.
• Each one of your entertainers will treat you and all of your guests with proper respect.
• The DJ set up looks neat, clean, and all loose wires are taped down.
• DJ will play all of your requests and make all of your announcements with confidence.
• Each DJ is provided with the edited, clean and sensored version of each song.
• We use only the best equipment for every event to provide top-shelf entertainment.
• Your DJ will arrive smiling with an upbeat attitude ready to take on any challenge.

3. Entertainment & Music

If you notice, we put "Entertainment" before "Music" in the title. Both are very important to every party, but our style of entertainment is what separates us from any average DJ Company. Each DJ on our team has such a diverse talent that they are capable of being that 'center of attention - line dancing - game playing DJ' or go the other way as the 'very formal, not in the way, great music playing DJ'. We give our clients the choice in choosing the style of entertainment that they are looking for. As for our music, we always allow our clients to have complete control over the music selection for their event. If a client doesn't have any preferences or requests, they can completely trust us to play fun, happy, upbeat, music that everyone knows and enjoys.

4. Insurance

Insurance is not the most important thing to look for when hiring a DJ but it is important to us. Infinity Entertainment has full coverage insurance from "Traveler Insurance Company". Our policy covers us on liability for "Bodily Injury", "Property Damage" and "Equipment Coverage". With this policy; clients, banquet halls and Infinity Entertainment can rest assured that we are prepared for any accidents.
